What We Collect
When you create a memorial with Held in Heart, we collect:
- Contact details (name, email, shipping address)
- Order information (product choices, personalization text)
- Photos of your pet uploaded for memorial production
How We Use Your Information
Your pet's photos are used only to create the memorial you approve. We store them privately during production and never display them publicly without your written permission. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe – we never store your full payment details.
Data Sharing
We share necessary order details (design files, shipping address) with Printify, our production partner, solely to fulfill your memorial. They are contractually bound to protect your data.
Your Control
We retain order records for tax purposes but will delete your uploaded photos and personalization details upon request. Simply email hello@heldinheartpets.com.
Tracking & Children
We use basic cookies to operate our store and anonymized analytics to improve our service. Our products are not intended for children under 13 – we do not knowingly collect their data.
