At Held in Heart, we take great care to ensure your memorial is just right before it begins production. Here’s what to expect:
Digital Proof
Once your order is placed, we’ll create a digital proof for your review. This typically takes 1-2 business days. No production begins until you approve the proof.
Production Process
After your approval, your memorial goes into production with our trusted partner, Printify. Production usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on the item and complexity.
Shipping Times
Once produced, your order is shipped directly from Printify. Shipping times vary by item type and destination. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
Important Notes
- During holidays or peak seasons, processing and shipping times may extend slightly. We recommend planning ahead if your memorial is time-sensitive.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes after this window may not be possible.
- While we strive to meet these timelines, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
