You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personalized details, including text, dates, and uploaded images. Please review your digital proof carefully before approving production.
2. Image Ownership
By uploading photos to Held in Heart, you confirm that you own or have obtained the necessary rights and licenses to use these images. We are not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from unauthorized use.
3. Proof Approval
Production will not begin until you approve the digital proof. Once approved, your order is locked, and no changes can be made without incurring additional fees.
4. Revisions
One revision is included with your order. Additional revisions may be available at an extra cost, subject to our discretion.
5. Color and Screen Variance
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact match to on-screen images.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, and content created by Held in Heart are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Held in Heart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defects or errors caused by Held in Heart. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or customer errors in personalization.
